In our initial appointment I will:
♡ Listen to your concerns and hear what is happening for you, what you’re experiencing and what you most want help with.
♡ Identify your priorities and clarify what matters most to you and what you would like to achieve with your health.
♡ Explore the “why” behind your symptoms and look at the underlying factors that may be contributing to the symptoms or health conditions you are experiencing.
♡ Review your health history and understand your health journey, previous diagnoses, medications, supplements and other relevant factors.
♡ Explore your diet and lifestyle and look at your diet, sleep, stress, movement and other lifestyle factors that may be influencing your health.
♡ Consider appropriate testing and discuss whether any pathology or functional testing may provide valuable information to guide your care.
1-on-1 Naturopathic Consultations
Initial consultation
60 minutes
I hear what your concerns are, what your priorities are and I help you to see why you may be experiencing the symptoms and conditions you are. We discuss your diet, your lifestyle, your history and any testings that may be of benefit to you in your care and we discuss what your priorities are.

Report of findings
60 minutes
I go through everything I learnt about you in our initial appointment and I analyse your test results. I create a personalised treatment plan just for you and in the appointment we go through all the results, the aims of your plan and the plan itself and discuss how it feels for you and make sure that it is doable and manageable for you.

Follow-up consultations
We review your plan, what you have noticed, any concerns you have and what your next steps are.

Acute consultation
20 minutes
For times when you or a member of your family has an acute situation that you would like some advice and suggested treatment for. For example, it could be a cold, a flu, a cold sore, an ear infection, a urinary tract infection or an upset stomach.

No, Naturopathy is not covered by Medicare.

As of July 2026, Naturopathy is once again covered with certain private health funds in Australia and it is hoped that more health funds will be coming onboard again soon.

Payment for an initial appointment is required at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your initial appointment and are not able to reschedule it, and it is outside of the 24 hours cancellation notice period, you will be fully refunded minus a $10 administrative fee.

Direct deposit payments can be organised should you not have a credit card or if you are paying on an instalment plan. Contact me for more details.

My cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment so I can offer it to someone else.
The full appointment fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours or if you fail to attend your appointment (an email reminder for your appointment will automatically be emailed to you 2 days before your appointment).

It is safe to be on naturopathic treatment while also taking medications. Any naturopathic treatment you are recommended will be prescribed around your prescription medications.
It is essential that you disclose all medications you are taking at your appointment to allow for the safe and effective prescribing of naturopathic care.
